Andrews’s primary job responsibilities include actuarial analysis, data analytics, and model development.

Prior to joining SBA, Andrew worked as an Associate Actuary at Humana, where he worked on competitive analytics and reporting for the company’s commercial line of business. He also advised on provider strategy development and was a mentor for the company’s actuarial internship program. Previously, Andrew worked at HCSC where he had roles spanning multiple actuarial areas, including unit cost trend and risk adjustment for both MA/MAPD and ACA lines of business.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas Tech University and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a member of The American Academy of Actuaries.
