Tony's primary responsibilities include client and project management, conducting claims analyses and actuarial assessments, and assisting in model development.

Prior to joining SBA he was Director of Actuarial Services at OptumInsight Payment Integrity, where he lead an analytics team focused on identifying and evaluating programs to address medical billing fraud, waste, abuse, and error.

He is an active volunteer with the SOA, serving as past chair of the Young Professional Advisory Committee, participating in exam development and grading, and writing and speaking for industry publications and conferences.
